The Power Of The Business Clarity

In the previous article, I wrote about one of the common challenges that most businesses are faced with. Most business owners struggle with getting more clients and thriving their businesses.

Why? Because …

1) Clarity makes for easier and better decisions. Good decisions are made by following a process or framework. Great decisions are a function of how clear the objective is.

2) Clarity improves efficiency. A common challenge in business is balancing resources with work. Clarity provides the basis of a self-governing process that reduces conflict.

And more important is that clarity turns on more lights for us.

When you clearly know who you are, what you do through your business and how you can benefit people or other businesses, then you have a better chance of determining the right strategies and defining doable actions for your business.

Before I practically start working on my business clarity, I thought that knowing about my business goals, vision and mission would be enough and therefore I focused more on finding and using different methods and strategies to get clients.

But the problem was that those methods were not customized and optimized to align with my lifestyle, capabilities, and business situations. Therefore, I could not consistently follow and apply them to get the desired results.

Having great business tools and systems are vital to building a successful business, but if those are not tailored based on our current situation, we cannot attain the result that we desire.

Therefore, business clarity is a key component here and it is more than simply defining your goals, vision, and mission. It is a combination of a clear understanding of where we are now (the current state) and where we want to be (the future state).

The more you spend time on this part, the faster you will achieve your goals. Which, in this case, is getting clients consistently.

And I would like to add this point here. When you do it properly, the result will be more than getting clients. It will be working with COMMITTED clients who truly appreciate the value that you provide for them.

When I got clear about my business, I started to select the right tools and strategies and then tailored them based on my business situations.

For example, it was really hard for me to record videos at that time, but I love to write and talk. So, I focused on blogging and podcasting.

And now when I work with coaches, Create Business Clarity is the main and key stage of helping them level up their businesses.

And the main and first step of this stage is to get clear about the current state of their businesses. It is not only checking the number of clients but involves reviewing their businesses from different perspectives.

At the least, there are 7 main areas that you should review your business. These areas are:

1) Business Purpose
2) Marketing
3) Clients
4) Business Automation
5) Lifestyle
6) Sales
7) Value Proposition

Each one of these areas helps you to gain a better understanding of your current business and therefore you can quickly and properly select the right strategies and tools to fix, improve and level up your business based on them.

And remember, it is important that you spend enough time on all of these areas because they all influence each other.
